I always wear plimsolls for playgroup because they are not as slippy as my normal shoes which wouldn't be any good for the equipment we play on. The other day I pretended that the equipment was a boat. I was a pirate and my friends had to solve a mystery to find the buried treasure.
At playgroup I learnt how to hold a pencil and now I like doing drawings. We're not allowed to write in the good books though, they are just for stories.
We don't worry too much about getting dirty when we do painting and gluing because mummy knows we have messy times so I have special playgroup clothes with my name in. But I do have to wash my hands before playing with other toys.
Sometimes we sing songs and nursery rhymes. We had a good rhyme the other day which was all about numbers.
